DIRECTOR OF CURRICULUM AND ASSESSMENT
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in related field Preferred Doctorate in related field Hold or be eligible for a postgraduate professional license with a Level 1 endorsement in administration and supervision; Extensive knowledge of the Virginia SOLs and State Testing Program; Successful experience as an administrator of testing programs at the school, district, or state level; Competence with tools for data analysis such as EXCEL, PowerSchool, and Mastery Connect High level of knowledge of state and federal testing requirements; Extensive experience aligning curriculum and instructional materials to the planned, taught, and tested standards Experience providing and planning professional development; and Demonstrated leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, teachers, administrators, and families.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
12 month contract, Level VII Administrative/Supervisory Salary Scale as approved by the School Board.
