We are looking for an Office Manager to coordinate all administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great attention to detail Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Computer skills:
Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, etc.
Bilingual is a plus but not required Experience working with insurance companies Duties Scheduling meetings, events, and appointments with vendors, clients, etc.
Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings for management.
Opening and closing office each day.
Manage invoices, bills, and other company related documents.
Manage customer accounts including maintaining customer records including phone calls and emails.
Manage customer service emails or phone calls when necessary.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Bill all insurance and patient accounts.
Orienting new staff to procedures and policies.
Greet all clients with help of office staff.
Organize office meetings and schedules.
Collect payments from clients at the time of service; following up for any and all missed payments.
Verify new patient insurance coverage.
Filing quarterly taxes.
Any other duties assigned by the owner/therapists.
