- Conduct housing assessments and determine eligibility for housing programs - Assist clients in completing housing applications and necessary paperwork - Provide guidance and support to clients in finding suitable housing options - Collaborate with property managers and landlords to secure housing placements - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress - Utilize Yardi or OneSite software to manage housing data and track client information - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure housing stability and address any concerns - Provide crisis management support to clients facing housing emergencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability - Knowledge of Yardi or OneSite software preferred - Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Note:
