You found it! We are a well established management company looking for a Property Manager to work Part-Time to Full-Time at our community in Colonial Heights, VA.
This position is in-person at our Leasing Office but does afford the opportunity for some flexibility of hours to fit the needs of the right candidate.
While not a full tax-credit property, this community is income restricted so LIHTC experience would be an asset.
Our Community Manager Will Be Responsible For:
Daily operation of a multi-family community Oversight of all Maintenance personnel and operations Prospect experience, from lead to lease Management of resident move in, renewals and move out All A/P and A/R, including invoice payment, vendor management and rent collection.
Marketing efforts to lease to new prospects and retain current residents.
Reporting to Regional Manager and Corporate staff as needed.
To Be Considered, Candidate Must Posses:

years Property Management experience Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and other laws and requirements Previous experience managing, training and motivating a cohesive team.
Working knowledge of Property Management software A positive, can-do attitude!
