As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at IHOP, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and supervision within a fast-paced environment to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant.
This is a Full Time Position and you must be available for night and weekend shifts.
You will assist the Restaurant General Manager in the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
Training and supervising staff Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations Maintaining safe working conditions Maintaining high ethics and follow all company policies Following all HR policies Following all policies regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.
Keep restaurant appropriately staffed at all times Insuring the restaurant IS NEVER out of any products Our Benefits Opportunity for growth and advancement One week paid vacation after first year Health Insurance benefits after 90 days Great starting salary with possible quarterly bonuses! Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience High school education or equivalent Prior high volume breakfast restaurant management experience preferred IHOP experience a plus.
Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; and ability to speak effectively to employees and guests Must work some nights and weekends Must be able to follow and adhere to all brand standards and health department food service regulations.
