We specialize in Cigars, Tobacco Products, Glass, Vapes, and CBD products.
We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role and allow opportunity for growth.
Ultimately, we need someone who is self-motivated and is ready to take the initiative to ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.
Experience & Education:
Must have a HS diploma or equivalent Must have knowledge and passion for vape, CBD, tobacco, and cigar products Prior sales experience (2-3 years required) Skills Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Must have excellent customer service skills Must be able to manage multiple customers at the same time Responsibilities Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store Assessing customers' needs and answering their questions about specific products/services Working with cash registers and processing payments Setting and attaining sales goals Giving customers advice about sales and promotions Stay up to date with new products/services so you can educate and sell the right products to customers Using upselling techniques to increase store sales Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing (sweeping, mopping, etc) Cleaning exterior/interior windows as needed Restocking & maintaining the inventory levels Requirements:
Have a valid driver's license and own transportation Work late nights (until 10PM), weekends, and holidays (no exceptions) Must have a great personality, approachable, energetic, and good/friendly vibes Be able to stand 8
