Ultimately, you will ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Greet customers entering and leaving the business Maintain a clean and tidy work area Accurately process all cash and credit payment Provide exceptional customer service Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Qualifications Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service Basic mathematical skills and basic PC knowledge Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Good math skills Strong attention to detail Customer satisfaction-oriented Ability to listen and communicate effectively Bilingual (English/Spanish) Knowledge on Puerto Rican cuisine.
